Design Systems Builders, LLC (DSB) is currently delivering the building envelope package for Project Quantum Rise, a confidential hyperscale data center campus designed to support high-demand data processing and storage operations. The large-scale development reflects the continued growth of next-generation digital infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
Project Quantum Rise includes approximately 1.6 million square feet of precision-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems utilizing Butler Manufacturing solutions. DSB’s scope focuses on the building envelope package, incorporating high-performance materials and systems engineered to meet the rigorous operational demands of hyperscale environments.
Designed for durability, speed of construction, and future adaptability, the campus will support evolving technology requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality standards. The project represents a significant investment in critical infrastructure that will help power the increasing demands of digital connectivity and data storage.
Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in March 2027.
