CKNA is a global leader in integrated automotive systems and manufactures meters, plastic component and instrument panels. This design-build project consisted of a 300,000 SF Distribution Center and 10,000 SF Office facility with a 3,000 SF connector. The structural system for this facility is a single story Butler Manufacturing Pre-Engineered Metal Building, with a MR24 roof. The exterior skin is partial tilt up with a metal wall panel above, and insulated wall panels in the office.
